Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for Rhema Bible ("Rhema," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
- Your account reverts to the free tier once the billing period ends. Your data (notes, highlights, bookmarks, etc.) is retained.
2. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with Rhema. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of initial purchase: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
- Renewal charges: Because subscriptions renew automatically, we generally do not refund renewal charges. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
- Billing errors or duplicate charges: If you were charged in error or charged twice for the same period, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect charge.
- Extended service outage: If a significant, sustained outage materially prevents you from using paid features, we may offer a prorated refund or account credit at our discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@rhemabible.co with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your Rhema account.
- The approximate date of the charge.
- A brief reason for the refund request.
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
4. Prorated Refunds
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, your paid access continues through the end of the current period and no partial refund is issued.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are happy to resolve issues directly and can usually do so faster than the chargeback process.
6. Applicable Law
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
